Once we have the equipment and the environment that we need, there is for most of us a limit to the amount of hard work and practise that we want to do. Not everyone wants to be at their peak 100% of the time. Each of us arrives at a level of performance, a balance between work and liesure, that we settle for, balancing the effort we have to spend against the benefits that are achieved by the effort. Rehabilitation has been achieved for an individual once this point of ‘optimal balance’ or wellbeing has been reached.
