Next SABIF Meeting – Wednesday 7th December, 4pm-6pm, Swanborough House
SABIF Meeting, which is due to take place on Wednesday 7th December between 4pm and 6pm, will take place at Swanborough House, Swanborough Drive, Brighton.
In order to confirm, our main talk is by Professor Udo Kischka (a Consultant in Neurological Rehabilitation at the Oxford Centre for Enablement) who will be providing a talk on disexecutive syndrome. Professor Kischka is a qualified Psychologist and has been a Consultant in Clinical Neurology and Neurological Rehabilitation since becoming a specialist in Neurology in 1994. He is an Honorary Consultant Neurologist at the Oxford Radcliffe Hospital and also a Clinical Advisor to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman. He is also a Visiting Professor at Oxford Brookes University and the University of Hertfordshire. Professor Kischka’s areas of expertise include most aspects of the diagnosis, assessment, management and treatment of adult patients with neurological disability, organisation and research into rehabilitation treatments and planning of services.
We will also be having a talk from John Wilkinson, Clinical Planning Manager of the 3Ts programme (Trauma, Tertiary and Teaching) about the new build at Royal Sussex County Hospital.
